Ladies and Gentlemen

We are pleased to inform you about the successfully passed acquisition of the WYSSBROD TECHNOLOGIE AG.

Re-effective on 1st September 2006, Thomas Treib acquired as sole owner all the activities and products of the company with all the rights and the employees. His long-term international experience in machine tool business is a perfect base to continue and to improve the company’s market position significantly.

The strategic goal is short-term to strengthen the sales and service network and mid-/long-term to implement a serious growth strategy, that allows a substantial expansion of the business activities.

We are convinced of the future potential of the excellent products and technologies (3-spindles machining centers for high performance milling up to 5 axis simultaneously) together with our still worldwide active customer base. This potential we want to realize during the next 5 years with clear objectives and bring it into figures and facts. We would like to inform you until the end of this year in detail (business plan, mid term plan 2007-2011).

Because of the sale of the company-own building in March 2006 by Peter Möri, the previous owner, we are forced to move. On the end of this year we will move into the Posalux-building in the same industrial area (Bözingerfeld). We will have excellent and attractive conditions to serve customers as well as before. New address from 1st December 2006: 18, rue F Oppliger, CH-2504 Biel / Bienne..

The actual business situation and the request for our products are a great motivation to see the future brilliant and a challenge as well. Nevertheless we need to focus and to speed up sales on our key applications. The forecast for the next 2 quarters is promising and our team is strongly motivated.
